The space
Capel Cartref offers a unique spacious getaway, with it's vaulted ceiling and original chapel features. All rooms have high ceilings, giving it a lovely fresh feel in the heat of the summer but perfectly warm in the winter. The chapel is peaceful and perfect for family gatherings and well equipped for young and more senior visitors, including people who require wheelchair access. We are also pet as well as family friendly.

The chapel is located close to breathtaking sites such as Henrhyd Falls, a mere 15 minute drive away or 20 minutes to Penderyn, all part of Bannau Brycheiniog, (Brecon Beacons). Swansea Bay is 12 miles away and provides a vast sandy beach close to various eateries. Capel Cartref is positioned is on the border of South Wales and Mid Wales, the perfect location.

Other things to note
People who visit Capel Cartref are nicely surprised at the size of the chapel, as the photos cannot quite capture the true space. It is suitable for families and for people with well supervised pets. It has been perfect for reunions as well as family holidays. It has accommodated parties but respect to neighbours is essential. Families have remarked on how much the children love to return to the chapel at the end of each day - a rarity when on usual family holidays. Bedding and towels are included within the cost. It is much closer to the National Park than stated on the initial page...
