Entire house in Salisbury, within walking distance of Salisbury city centre, visit the stunning Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum and of course, Stonehenge. Bath, Glastonbury, Bournemouth, Winchester and Southampton are nearby. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside and the New Forest is on our doorstep, with wild horses, donkeys etc roaming free. There are many traditional country pubs nearby serving excellent food and of course the traditional Sunday dinner!

Sitting room - living flame gas fire. Large TV, DVD player.
Dining room - original fireplace, table to seat 6
Kitchen - lovely airy light space, Large table, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. Bi-fold door to garden and decking area. Garden furniture.
Off road parking to the rear of the house.
Entire house apart from the top loft room on the third floor, this is where the owner will keep personal belongings.
There is an off parking space to the rear of the property in front of the garage. The garage is not to be accessed.
Interaction with guests
I live 15 minutes from the house and work full time. However I am contactable and if needed will come in to see the guests in the event of any problems.
Other things to note
Tea, coffee and sugar will be provided.
Hair dryer located in the chest of drawers in bedroom one.
Books, DVDs and games/jigsaws are available to use.
- No smoking in any part of the house. When smoking in the garden, cigarette ends must be removed
-Please remove your shoes before going upstairs
- No late night noise in the garden
- Please leave the house clean and tidy
- Rubbish - paper, glass bottles, silver foil in the black box. Cardboard and plastic bottles in the bin with the blue lid and general waste in the black bin, All bins to the rear of the property
