This is such a great find! I came out to look for properties to buy and stayed for a week. The apartment has breathtaking view of Priceses Islands and Maltepe Marina. It is only 10 minutes walk to the beach, in addition 2 minutes walk to Dolmus Route ( local hop on-off minibusses…

Evin konumu ve manzarası güzel, ev sahibi nazik ve ilgili. Ancak teras çok pisti ve oturmadan temizlemek durumunda kaldık, maalesef gerekli malzemeler de yoktu. Manzarası ile ön plana çıkan bir ev için uygun değil.

Temizlikçimiz terası yıkarken hortumun bağlı olduğu çeşmeyi hafif açık bıraktığı için hortumdan sürekli su sızmış. Telefonda problemi daha büyük boyutta zannettiğim içim elimden geldiğince temizlemek için yönlendirmede bulunmaya çalıştım. Fakat çözüm sadece çeşmeyi tam kapatmaktaymış. Bu nedenle çamur olmuş.

Ailemle bir geceligine konakladik. Evin konumu cok iyi. Handan hanim cok ilgili ve misafirperver. Teras cok cok iyi, manzara resimlerde gorunenden daha acik ve guzel. Tavsiye ederim.
