Gated cottage in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in ATL. Charming home just a quick walk to Kirkwood Village with several restaurants, bars, & coffeeshop. Airport - 10m away, downtown - 5m. Zoo, Braves, Beltline, MARTA very close!
An urban oasis, this recently renovated cottage has original hardwood floors, an open and welcoming floor plan, and an outdoor deck space in the backyard. The bedroom and bathroom comfortably fit up to 4 people with a super cozy queen bed and sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower with tub.
The home is in a great neighborhood - there's several restaurants, bars, and a terrific coffee shop all within walking distance. It's also a very quick car ride to East Atlanta (3 mins.) and Decatur (5 mins.), which are popular foodie and nightlife areas as well. It takes about 5-10 mins. to get to Downtown, and there's a MARTA station close by .
Guests have a TV and Roku with Sling TV as free wireless internet. The guest room has a large dresser with plenty of drawer space, and there's several hooks and hangers for clothes as well.
Upon arrival I will buzz you into the gate to park. The cottage has a keypad access so no key is required and for the remainder of your stay you will have a gate clicker to open the gate.

- Virginia Highlands SummerFest (June)
- Inman Park Festival (one of our favorites) (April)
- Decatur Craft Beer Festival (October)
Additionally, there's several big Atlanta events that take place downtown and will be easy to get to:
- Shaky Knees Festival (May)
- DragonCon (September)
- Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl (December)
No smoking, no parties, no unapproved guests, no messy people. Thanks.
