Gorgeous bedroom for one guest (no visitors), with shared bathroom in a beautifully restored Victorian home in SE Buckman neighborhood. On the edge of the Central Eastside Industrial area- close to downtown and many of Portland's best restaurants and bars. 1 mile from Convention Center. Great for business travelers. Please note, there is no kitchen access, but you do have an electric kettle, microwave and a mini fridge in the room. There is also a lock on the bedroom door.

The space
This is a beautiful bedroom on the second floor of my remodeled Victorian home.
As you can see from the pictures, it is beautifully decorated with a strong feminine touch. Every detail has been considered.
The custom designed shared bathroom is just a few steps away.

The room shares a wall with another bedroom, but otherwise feels very private and serene. I have upgraded your stay with a foot soak basin and Sweet Slumber pillow spray so that you can have the most relaxing time possible in your room. Thick velvet curtains also help to block the light.

There is a mini split AC (ideal for sleeping) and a fan for the summertime, and underfloor heating in the winter.

Guest access
Guest has access to their room and shared bathroom (both on the second floor). There is no kitchen available, sorry. It is part of the house that I keep private. But you do have an electric kettle, microwave and mini fridge in the room, so you are as equipped as if staying in a hotel!

During your stay
As I live here and work from home, I am around a lot! I give my guests all the privacy they want, but am always available to see to their needs immediately.
Please do not bring any visitors/additional guests to stay for safety and security reasons. There will be a fine if you do.

Other things to note
The house is always clean and inviting and peaceful from 10pm-8am.

Please respect the quiet times for the sake of everyone in the house. Keep phone calls quiet and please refrain from using speaker phone, or playing videos/music from your phone. Headphone use is appreciated!

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS PLEASE. It is stated all throughout the listing that this room is for one person only. We live here and will know if you bring someone over. It has become necessary to impose a fine if you break this rule.
