House Rules

We provide a gorgeous and well maintained home for our guests. We anticipate that our renters will leave the home in excellent condition and on time. We encourage guests to bring their own sheets and towels. House linens are available for free to use but we ask that you wash, dry, and fold the linens and return them to the closet. For $200 an outside contractor will come in and collect the linens and return them to the closet for you.

Carolyn User Profile

I am an artist, designer and facilitator. I designed and general contracted two homes on Peaks Island to be used as a reunion destination and retreat location. I also work with organizations to maximize their effectiveness through strategic planning, mediation, negotiation, and facilitation. I have been in the home design and rental industry for fifteen years and love offering get-away places for you to be with those you love or to re-center your professional or personal life. I love Japanese gardens, play the violin, sing in a choir, and love to watercolor and quilt.
