Our rustic self contained cabin has loads of character. It holds a wood fire stove and is themed with various olden day and country Australia memorabilia.

A stay at our farm is ideal for birdwatchers wanting to view the famous Eungella Honeyeater and many more varieties of birds. It also is perfect for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city living and getting back in touch with nature.

The space

Our property is self sufficient, running on solar power and pumping water from our creek.

All our food is cooked on a wood fire stove and the owners are more than happy to show you how it works.

Guest access

We have 2 mountain bikes that guests may borrow to see what's around our area.

Interaction with guests

The choice is yours as to how much interaction you wish to have with the owners. Feel free to let us know.

Other things to note

The owners can cook breakfast for guests at a cost of $10 per person.

Mirta and her lovely family live at a real farm. It is an adventure ;) But it was really great! As we arrived, they have showed us everything and let us know, that what ever we need, we should ask them! If you are scary about bigger dogs, this might not be the wright location for you... But the dogs were really friendly to us. The accomodation was clean and tidy and it was warm inside. They use an indoor woodfire oven, it is as you stay in a lonely mountain cabin. They also have a few horses, chicken and some goats. If you want to see something different than the beaches along the coast, I can really recommend to stay in the Eungella national park to live on a beautiful small farm with a great landscape around together with a lovely and friendly family. They also baked us a really good bread at the evening and the breakfast was delicious too. Once a time we will come back! Thank you for the chance to stay in your awesome accommodation and to meet you and your family!
