85 m2 maisonette, completely renovated, very comfortable, all appliances and equipment new, 2 separate entrances (main from the street side and another from the backyard).
Please note that apartment is located in one of the Glyfada's busiest streets and depending on the time of day it could be noisy for some people.

Living room - big sofa bed with opening mechanism that provides extra bed for 2 people, sliding door could completely separate the living room from the kitchen area

2 Bedrooms with wooden floors, each with flat TV (1st: 180 x 200 mattress, 2nd: two 90 x 200 mattresses – could be placed together or separate)

LOCATION:
The house is situated in the Glyfada area, famous South Athens suburb for it’s commercial, entertainment and shopping content. In one of the main streets connecting Vouliagmenis and Posidonos Avenues.
Both public and organized beaches are up to 20 minutes walking distance.
Literally within 100 meters area there are: bakery and coffe shop, pastry shop, organic food store, pharmacy, liquer store, vegan café and restaurant.
In the closest neighborhood there are also: 2 gyms, famous Japanese restaurant, hairdresser, delicatessen store (provides also take-away dishes)
Within 5 minutes walking distance there are 2 supermarkets (one is LIDL) and Glyfada center, with many shops, cafes, tavernas, restaurants, bars and cinema.
Athens city center is easily reached in 20 minutes by car (30 during the rush hours) or by public transportation (bus line or bus and metro line combined). The nearest bus station is 100 meters from the building.

PARKING:
In front of the building, street parking. The area is absolutely safe.

AIRPORT:
Easy access from and to Athens International Airport with Express Bus Line X97, bus stop is 350 m away from the apartment. Bus ticket costs 6 EUR one way. Taxi also available, 35-40 EUR OW (day tariff).

PIRAEUS PORT:
20 minutes walking distance to the nearest Express Bus Line X96 stop. Or by taxi, app. 25 EUR (day tariff).
