Great summer house in Son Serra de Marina, a few meters away from the sea and capacity for 8 guests.

The space

After a long day at the beach, you can meet your friends at the porch, make abarbecue, chat and share experiences. The outside shower is ver helpful to clean your skin from the sand. The plot is fenced and, due to the fact this is a twon house, there are direct neighbours.

In the inside, the rooms have a simple decoration. All are bright and spacious. The living.dining room with access to the terrace you will enjoy having lunch with your friends, watching the TV-Sat or listening to your favourite music. If you are hungry, you can cook your faourite dishes in the completely equipped kitchen. All important kitchen tools are available, with an induction cooker, and an elegant wooden table ideal to have breakfast. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, iron and iron board. On the ground floor we find a double bed bedroom and also a bathroom with bathtub and bidet.

On the first floor there are three more bedroom. Two of them have double bed and the last one has two single beds. There is aldo a bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Two of the bedrooms have no closet but a rack. One of the bedrooms is spacious enough to dispose a cot and a highchair in case you are travelling with babies. There are two fans available in the house.

Son Serra de Marina is a quiet town in the North coast of Majorca. We will find a small grocery store, a pharmacy and one restaurant in the village. The coast is mainly rocky, but at the end you will find a natural sandy beach, backed by sandbanks with lovely paths. One of these paths leads you to Colonia de Sant Pere and goues through the sandbanks and mediterranean forests, always by the sea. You will find more services at Can Picafort, which is more or less 10 minuest away by car. There you will find nightlife, bars, supermarkets, playgrounds and the possibility to practice water sports.
