Lovely equipped accommodation within a bigger finca in Llucmajor, which includes community gardens and swimming pool and welcomes 4 or 5 people.

The space

This magnificent finca can be found within a beautiful and rustic environment dominated by a chlorine 10 x 5 m swimming pool, with a depth from 0,8 to 2 m. The pool is surrounded by several sunbeds where you can sunbathe or have an outside shower. The swimming pool is fenced for children security. The garden is well cared and it has many corners where the little ones can play freely. There is also a chill out porch where you can share a bottle of wine with your neighbours. You will have access to a community ping pong board and organise exciting tourneys. There is a private terrace belonging to the house and it counts with a mobile barbecue to have lunch outside with your loved ones. The property plot is fenced.

The house decoration shows the love of the owner towards this house. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen share the same space and have access to the terrace. Here, you can spend an evening of relax watching a film on the TV-Sat or have dinner together. The kitchen with a gas stove is well equipped to cook delicious dishes. One bedroom with two single beds and another one with a double bed, both equipped with a fireplace, a closet and a fan, invite to rest in a pleasant environment. A cot and a highchair are available on request. If you are five people, we will prepare an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. There is a bathroom with a shower for all the house. You will be warm in winter thanks to the central heating.

You will share the laundry with your neighbours, and it includes a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The owner cares about environment so the house includes solar panels.

The house is located in the beautiful south of Majorca and it is close to many dreaming beaches like Cala Pi and natural beaches like Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes and Es Trenc. In Campos, Llucmajor and Sa Rapita there are supermarkets, restaurants and all services for an independent stay. You can buy fruit and fresh vegetables at the street market that takes place in Campos on Thursdays and Saturdays. Palma, the capital of the island, is more or less 30 kms away and there you can visit the Cathedral, the Bellver castle, museums and art galleries.
