This house is located in a fantastic area, close to great transport links, restaurants and shops. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining area, spacious living room and patio area. This house would be a great fit for a group of friends looking for a great value place to stay in a quieter neighbourhood, close to Central London.

The space

This house is located on a friendly street with its own private entrance. You enter into the kitchen and dining area. You are then led into the spacious living room which looks out onto the private patio area. On the first floor there is a bathroom and double bedroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. In between these bedrooms there is a another bathroom.

The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. The dining table seats 4 people comfortably. There is a variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. There is also a large fridge freezer so you would be able to store plenty of food.

The living area is extremely spacious. There is a comfortable sofa and chair, which are perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. This room is also wonderfully light due to the large french windows. On a warm sunny day it is lovely to open these doors and let the fresh air in. There is also a little patio area where you can sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee.

There are three bedrooms in total in the property. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The room is lovely and light due to the large windows. On the second floor there is another double bedroom and a single bedroom. All beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen and there will be plenty of storage space in the wardrobes for you to hang your clothes and store your belongings.

The main bathroom is located on the first floor. There is a luxurious bath with a shower attachment and waterfall shower head. There is also a toilet and basin. If you need to wash any clothes whilst you are staying the laundry machines are also located in here. The bathroom on the second floor has a walk in shower with waterfall shower head, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.

Guest access

Guests have complete access to the house. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

Interaction with guests

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!

Esin's place is a large spacious house about a 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington tube. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage space for hanging clothes. Paradise park is opposite and a great place for kids to play. Esin's communication was very easy - very quick responses and very helpful. Esin was very understanding when we had to change our check-in time due to illness. The beds were very comfortable, with clean fresh good quality bedding. The bathrooms were nice with a good size bath and good showers. The towels were also great - large and fluffy! The kitchen was basically equipped and could have benefited from some more utensils and basic supplies. There was a lot of street noise and the blinds/curtains in the bedrooms didn't block out the light effectively which was a problem for our kids in summer. A nice house, a bit basic, but well located with helpful hosts.

Sadly this stay was not one of our best Airbnb experiences possibly because the host used a management company. Positives: The Location was great and the house was clean and had a bed. Negatives: The house is pretty anonymous, we could not cook as there was not even a grain of salt or a drop of oil in the house, the dishwasher needs cleaning, the garden on the front was overgrown, paintings falling off the wallI and I left my luggages in the house for 2 hours after the check-in and was asked to pay £15 for late check out??? When I complained they replied that the house was not an hotel?! It should be better than an hotel! Airbnb is a home away from home! Avoid!

Un séjour parfait ! La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel assez calme. A 5 minutes du métro et du bus (1 station depuis St Pancras) : il est donc facile et rapide d'accéder au centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés de quartier à moins de 500 mètres et des restaurants à peine plus loin. La maison est bien agencée, la literie de bonne qualité et le linge de toilette tout neuf. Savon et shampoing à disposition. La communication avant le séjour et l'accueil sur place ont été parfaits : rien à redire.
