I am living in Los Angeles and travel frequently, sometimes for long periods. Therefore, I am always looking for cool responsible people to enjoy my home while I am away. When I am in town, I mostly work from home on a new product I am developing. I also represent other Airbnb listings for friends who have cool spaces in the area.
I love having friends over, especially geeky design friends with whom I occasionally collaborate. I tend to be a night owl and like to keep going with projects into the night (quietly of course). Although I am pretty social I do keep to myself for the most part and I'm very cautious to leave other guests their space and total privacy.
I can't live without creative people, new places to travel, HGTV, delicious food, jazz music, and air...cause its rather important.
I am a Southern boy from Atlanta and take being a good host to heart. I like everybody to feel at home and it is my honor to give the utmost comfort. I think it is important to keep an open door policy since we don't always have a lot of time to get to know each other! Honesty and being up front is key to make us both happy :) I've also beein in the neighborhood about 7/8 years so I've learned the area here very well and love to chat about it so if you ever need advice or somewhat of a guide, I'm your man.
