The space
This spacious Villa is located in the more secluded Beach Tower. Villa faces the sunset side of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina's 2nd Crystal Clear Beach Lagoon. Master bedroom is furnished with 1 Queen bed, second bedroom with 2 twin beds (No conversion available). Unit Size: 1386 sq. feet. **Owner prefers no toddler between ages 2-5**

Master bedroom has unique black out curtains, beautiful imported furnishings, Samsung TV, cable box and direct access to the lanai. Second bedroom has 2 twins beds (cannot be converted), black out curtains, Samsung TV and a phone.

This Beach Front Villa is elegantly furnished for a comfortable resort experience. The villa has central air, ceiling fan and all the amenities. The Large Lanai extends the living-room area for comfortable lounging. Open the pocket doors, bring the outdoor in! Relax and enjoy the view from within.

Fully equipped kitchen is designed by world famous Chef Roy Yamaguchi. High end appliances with full size fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, wine cooler, dish washing machine. Late check-out options: No fee for noon late check out providing there is NO same-day arrival, please check with us no more than two days prior to check out. For later check-out time, there will be a fee if available, please contact us.

We required a mid-stay cleaning for reservations with minimum 14 nights. The fee is $320.

There is full access of all guests to a great fitness center with men and women locker rooms including steam and saunas in each of them as well as 2 pools and 3 spas situated around the pool area. BBQ facilities with Wolfe BBQ’s are also located at each end of the lagoon pool.
