Welcome to our place - built as a family home we decided to share it with friends and travelers! The place has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fabulous kitchen and artistic living area which we aranged thinking of every detail. It's key location is perfect to accommodate your business trip or joy weekend in Sofia. Just 5 minutes walk to the National Palace of Culture, the central city hub Vitosha full of restaurants and cafeterias and subway station we guarantee you will not feel tedious!
The space
The apartment is on the third floor of a house full of history built in the 1920s. It is on the whole floor, there is no other place above it and it has windows from every side of the building.The place is located in a quiet yard next to a big boulevard so it allows for comfortable sleep and getting around in the lively Sofia central district.
The entrance is full of light and continue in a big and bright hallway arranged with all our travel souvenirs, make up table and Miele washer and dryer machine.
The vivid living area welcomes you to spend time on the nice extendable sofa (1 1/2 person bed) playing board games, watching TV or drinking wine next to the fireplace. There is a big, wooden table /6-8 people/ for long dinners with friends and family.
The Italian Lube kitchen offers everything you want - Electrolux oven, a microwave oven, 4 hot plates, a dishwasher and a large refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser.
The place has 3 separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed with adjacent bathroom with a unique Jacuzzi bathtub designed for Burj Al Arab
The second bedroom has two single beds which can be adjusted as king size bed, renovated wardrobe and massage lounge chair. There is Kare design side table won from VIP Brother Bulgaria.
The third bedroom has also two single beds which can be transformed in double bed, desk/workplace with printer and library with books in different languages for the leisure time.
The place has second bathroom with a shower cabin with jet streams.

Central location neighborhood, very close to National Palace of Culture and all tourist sites and the nightlife venues. The apartment is situated just across the street from National Palace of Culture and it`s beautiful park with gardens and fountains, perfect for a walk and coffee at Memento or Costa. There is a plenty of small shops around, also a bakery Bageti and Chinese take away from one side and pizza restaurant on the other. At the corner there is a pharmacy which works 24/7. Comfortably located near a subway station and a bus hub and in a walking distance to all landmarks.
The nearby Vitosha boulevard and it's surroundings are the central venue hub for food, drink and nightlife. Guests can easily access restaurants, luxury shops, theaters and cinemas, art galleries and government headquarters.
There is a park with cafe's in just 5 minute walk. Within walking distance are the Park City Mall and the Mall of Sofia. The lovely South Park is about half an hour walk away (10 minutes by tramway) and King Boris' Park is also 20 minutes away (10 minutes by bus).
