We stayed here for the second week of a two week trip to Rome. Gianmarco was an excellent host. He was friendly, warm and welcoming. When we arrived he gave us some great advice on where to go and what to see, places that we hadn't seen already as well as tips that aren't in the guidebooks. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment itself was very cool (both literally and figuratively) – much needed as it was the hottest week of the year – and it was close to a tram stop that got us to Termini within twenty minutes. There is a metro stop nearby too, but it was closed due to repairs. The area is great: lots of bakeries, bars and close to supermarkets. We would definitely stay here in again.

Gianmarco as a host was extremely friendly, helpful and had lots of recommendations on hand which contributed to a great stay in Rome. Communication with Gianmarco was straightforward and we found him very flexible in terms of check out times. The location was perfect for us - a relatively quite/calm neighbourhood that is up and coming and doesn't feel in the slightest bit touristy. Its within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants and the nearest tram stop is just down the road from the apartment. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were a few unexpected issues with the apartment that had been caused from the previous people's stay but Gianmarco was accommodating and worked hard to resolve the issues before our stay was over. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again! Thanks, Lindsey and Simon

Very nice flat in a very attractive district. Many restaurant and bar. The best restaurant to eat a good pizza and specialities Ciak si Mangia! There is a tram station just in front to get to the center and 20min to the Termini station. Just a bit noisy with the traffic but we get used to it.

This flat is lovely, well located (you need 5min on foot to go to the tram stop, and then you are only at 15min by tram from the city center!). Gianmarco was very nice with us, he gave us a lot of informations about the city and a lot of advices (what to do, which places are good for diner...) We will strongly recommand this flat!

The host is a friendly and helpful person. He gives a warm welcome and useful recommendations for places to visit and dining. He is fast in response and a friendly guy. It will be perfect if the house is equipped with sound proof window glasses as the place is near to a busy street and sometimes those who staying out late at night cause noises outside the house.
