We do have beach chairs and a tent for the beach that you are welcome to use. Please bring your own beach towels, personal toiletries,and laundry detergent. One time set up of toilet paper and paper towels provided.
We will consider dogs as guests with prior approval. No puppies under one year of age. Pet Fee, $25/pet.

Our 4-plex shares the pool and BBQ in the back with the three other units.

- RENTALS TO SPRING BREAKERS ARE PROHIBITED. Each owner is responsible for all acts of his family, guests and renters. 1.The maximum occupancy of a 2 bedroom unit is 6 persons including children. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 2. Smoking is not allowed. 3. Primary renter must be 24 years of age or older. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are to be kept on a leash at all times outside of the condo. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. No pets are allowed in the pool area and at no time are pets allowed in the pool. No more than two (2) pets are allowed per unit at all times. (Pets must be approved by owner prior to your stay) 7.One (1) parking space is designated for each unit that allows tandem parking for 2 vehicles. All other vehicles must park elsewhere. Violators will be towed at their expense. Trailers and RV’s are prohibited. 8.All garbage/trash is to be placed in plastic bags, tied closed and placed inside the Allied Waste trash containers. Do not leave trash or garbage outside your balcony, front door or anywhere in the walkways, stairs or other common areas. Cigarette butts are to be properly disposed of not thrown into the common areas. 9.No cooking is permitted on any balcony or terrace in the building. A common grilling area is established. No charcoal grilling is allowed outside this area, including in or around the pool or common areas. Extra care should be exercised as charcoal used in the common grill should be extinguished for 24 hours before being placed in garbage. 10. Check your feet for sand after coming off the beach. Please do not track sand into the pool and keep sand inside the condo to a minimum. Outdoor shower provided. 11. Please observe the following Pool Rules at all times: -Swimming Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM. -Glass containers of any sort are not allowed in pool area. -Wash off all sand at the outside shower before entering the pool or pool area. The outside shower is located near the front of Unit #1. -Use of the pool is by unit occupants only. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED. -NO LIFEGUARD on duty. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Life ring and hook are not toys and therefore to be used only to aide a swimmer. -No running or horseplay allowed in the pool area, stairs or common areas. -Diving or jumping into the pool from anywhere is prohibited. -No smoking is allowed in the pool area. -Remove all personal items from pool area when you leave. -Do not leave trash, aluminum cans, diapers or food containers in the pool area. Please keep the pool area trash free. 12.Do not play loud music or loud television inside or outside of your condo. Loud parties, offensive language or other behavior is not allowed. The quite hour is between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors. 13.Owners are to provide the managing agent with a key to their unit in order to provide any services, such as pest control, or in case of emergencies. Owners will be given 24 hour advance notice if possible, except in emergencies. 14.Access to the roof area is prohibited. 15.Storing of flammable, combustible, or explosive chemicals or materials in your unit is expressly prohibited.
