The bedroom is nice and spacious with ample wardrobes and cupboards in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel European appliances with an internal washing machine.

Egyptian cotton linen, bath and beach towels and soap are provided. This apartment suits families with children, however, children must be supervised all the time while on or near the balcony.

The whole apartment will be yours for the duration of your stay. Security building with intercom and additional storage.

A Property Manager is on hand 24/7 if there are any issues or the guest needs help.

Could not ask for a better location to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The place was clean and exactly as represented on the web-site. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a wonderful "beach" experience.

A fabulous spot in Bondi but sadly my experience was ultimately very disappointing. Upon arrival I saw that the building had major structural repairs and scaffolding was up across the front of the property - obstructing the views and preventing proper access to the balcony which faces the ocean views. It was disappointing that James had made no mention of the issue on the description of the property. When I raised the matter he played dumb as though he had no idea. I suggested that a discount would be appropriate and he agreed but he has never honoured that agreement. Upon arrival, the property was nice but had a light dust on all surfaces. I soon discovered why! Because of the building works the front "yard" of the property is exposed sand and dirt which is blown into the property - even if the doors and windows are closed. Several other items were grubby or broken. For example, two toilet brushes both had broken handles (try using a toilet brush only 10cm long) and had dirty heads. I ended up buying two new brushes. The property misses some obvious items such as a vacuum. Wen I raised the request for a vacuum I was told that the property shared one with the other (8?) units in the block! Give I was staying for six and eventually eight weeks you can imagine this was unsatisfactory. I was eventually give access to the vacuum which was a beat up old thing without a head. As a result I was faced with having to use a broom to sweep up the dust every day. Quite unsatisfactory! At the end of the lease James had the gall to charge me for additional cleaning of floors and carpets - even though I had been requesting a vacuum the whole time I was there. The place has a washing machine but no dryer and with all the dust drying stuff onsite is an issue. The washing machine face fell off when I was there, and James has tried to charge me for the issue even though it was clearly broken before my tenancy. I stayed for 8 weeks because I was renovating my house. At the end of the stay, James tried to charge me for two additional days and various other items. Sadly his approach and demeanour has caused me to reflect poorly on the eight weeks... despite the lovely location in Bondi.

Greeting Upon Arrival: As always we greet our guests upon on arrival and show them through the apartment to ensure their utmost comfort during their stay, in this instance, there were some engineering works required by local council to the exterior of the building (which were completed a short time into Jason’s stay). Jason had a full understanding of the works given my Property Manager greeted him and he had no issue at all with the required works and accepted the booking through my Property Manager who is a well respected local licensed real estate agent so to say I played "dumb" is simply untrue and baseless. Broken toilet brush handles, if they were (which they definitely were not as I stayed there prior Jason's arrival) why would you not reach out to the Property Manager whom you had on several other occasions (ie when you lost keys, needed a vacuum etc) and request them to be replaced so I find this another complete fabrication. Loss of Security Keys: Not long into Jason's stay, we received a phone call stating he had "misplaced" the building security keys and required a replacement set which was done without fuss within two hours. Upon further investigation (and completely against policy), Jason had been leaving the building Security key in an unlocked letter box for a dog walker to walk his dog (more on the damage the dog and other dogs had caused to the apartment) which put the entire building at a significant security risk. Extension to Stay: Jason expressed his enjoyment with the apartment and wished to extend his stay (twice) which indicated the place was more than appropriate, approximately 8 weeks in total. Exit and Damages Summary: - Broken Miele Washing Machine Drawer beyond repair so there has been a replacement part ordered, these parts are German engineered and built so they simply don't just "fall off" a new machine...yet another complete fabrication. - Jason failed to hand back the keys which he stated he "had left them in the apartment" which was completely untrue, only after the Property managers call and outlining his responsibility for the property for the extra 3 days were they were they left under the door mat. - Major damage to skirting boards from Jason and/or friends dog chewing them to pieces (as stated and agreed by Jason) who had no right or approval to have the friends animal in the property. - One additional set of keys - strata and Lockwood key - Additional cleaning costs to remove the extreme amount of dog hair throughout the apartment highlighting that he had not once bothered to clean or have a cleaner through during the 8-week stay which is unusual (and unhealthy) given the fact, upon request, we provided a suitable Miele vacuum cleaner, obviously suitable given the other residents use it without any issue. - A Brand new set of Sheridan bed sheets have had to be destroyed after being found wrapped in a ball in a cupboard due to what appeared to be blood and other brown matter covering them. - Cane bathroom basket and face towel missing. Summary: At the conclusion of his stay, Jason demanded a huge discount for the overall/complete time of his stay which is absurd and never agreed upon given his initial acceptance and the short time the now completed exterior building works were undertaken. I have since received a threat via email of a negative review being written about myself and the place if I did not adhere to his demands. I have presented the invoice for damages provided to me by the Property Manager to Jason and have now had to lodge a formal dispute resolution through Airbnb to recover the damages which are in excess of $1300. I would not recommend having Jason as a guest.
