This amazing villa with private swimming pool in Sant Joan, the center of the island, offers a home for 8 people.
The 11 x 5 m private swimming pool is at the back of the house. At the terrace that surrounds it there is an outside shower, six sunbeds and a little stone table where having breakfats with spectaculat sights. It is an idyllic place to sunbathe while enjoying the beautiful countryside sights. This property has two porches, barbecue, a spaciuos garden and two terraces. It is fenced and, although there are some neighbours in the surroundings, the privacy is total.
The inside is very spacious, with 200 m2 disposed in two floors. There is a great living room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs and a fireplace. The dining area has a big table for 8 people and it flows towards the kitchen, where you will find another table for 4 people. The independent kitchen is ample and fully equipped, with everything you need to cook without problem. There is a laundry with iron, iron board and washing machine. On the ground floor there is bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the house, you will find four bedrooms. One is on the ground floor with two single beds. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. One of them has a double bed and exit to the terrace and the swimming pool, and the other two have two single beds each one. You can have two cots and two highchairs available on request. On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms count with a closet and a fan. On top of that, the house is equipped with central heating, so it is also ideal for the winter season.
A car is recommended to do the shopping, explore the island and go to the beach. In more or less half an hour you will arrive to the eastern coast, to Cala Anguila - Cala Mendia, a fine sandy beach of transparent water. A little further to the north you will find Cueva del Drach, a famous cave for its under ground lake, and Porto Cristo, a fishing village with a little sandy beach and a beautiful port to have a walk and eat fresh fish.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
