32 Moorings Reach is a contemporary 4-storey marine house on the Moorings Reach development at Brixham Marina.The property has wonderful views across Torbay from the lounge and master bedroom, newly furnished throughout and unusually for these properties a small but private courtyard garden. With three bedrooms, parking for 2 cars, Wifi, and a level walk to the town and harbour, 32 Moorings Reach has all the ingredients of of a truly superb year-round holiday destination for couples and families alike.

The space

Third floor; Third floor; Spacious master-suite with wonderful bay views, super-king sized bed, electric blinds, large fitted mirrored wardrobes, baby's travel cot, feature lighting, separate dressing area, en suite with shower, WC and washbasin.

Second floor; Well-equipped kitchen with built-in electric double oven, gas hob, full height fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious lounge-diner with french windows giving views of the bay and opening onto a Juliet balcony. Two soft reclining leather sofas and armchair, 46" TV. Oak dining table with six leather chairs, child's high chair and sideboard. From the entrance level stairs lead up to the master suite and down to the other bedrooms. Front door to street.

First Floor; Spacious second bedroom with super-king sized bed, fitted wardrobes chest of draws. 'Jack & Jill' en suite bathroom with bath, shower-over, WC and wash basin, large heated clothes airer for drying washed clothes. Further bedroom 3 with full size bunk beds, steps lead down to the front entrance with car parking and access to the promenade waterfront.

Ground Floor; Entrance to house from carport, lower entrance hall, wet suit drying area,tumble dryer, charging and storing of mobility scooters. Stairs to upper floors.

Outside: Vehicle access to private gated development parking for 2 cars, small private courtyard garden to the side with table & chairs.
