Built in 1780, this thick -walled cosy cottage has historic charm with modern comforts. South facing with stone walled garden, from which you can survey a spectacular view 20 miles deep and 35 miles wide over the Tyne valley. The cottage is at 700 feet above sea level and you feel you are on the roof of England.
It is situated in a quiet rural location 2 miles from both Hexham and Corbridge and half an hour from Newcastle.

The space
Recently renovated the property offers great indoor and outdoor space. The largest bedroom has a very comfortable 6 feet double bed with en suite bathroom, and the second bedroom has two large singles that can be easily made into a double bed. A completely self- contained walled garden with flower borders full of butterflies and bees

Guest access
Guest will have exclusive access to the cottage and gardens . There is a drying area on the back lawn as well as a drying facility as part of the washer/drier machine.
