We communicated at least seven times with you before your arrival, you were met at the airport by my husband Shawn who manages the day to day guest needs, we ensured you got a tour of the area and knew where what might be needed could be located, and ensured we were connected by phone in case of any other needs that might have arisen. The morning after your first night we also called to remind you to make contact if there were any needs or concerns and you said ok. We only heard from you the next morning to indicate a ride would no longer be needed to the cruise terminal.
We offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy Barbados as a local thus the reason we highlight that we are located within a typical Barbadian village. The neighborhood is quiet and the people still say hello to you as they pass by. We are located 850 m or 8 minutes walk from two of Barbados best beaches, and easily accessible to the city.
Although we ensure our accommodations and amenities are of excellent standard we do not advertise as being a luxurious vacation resort but rather a tastefully modern Studio apartment set in an authentic Bajan village.
We are regretful if at any point during your stay you came into contact with anyone considered a would be hooligan. We have only just learned of it and our video footage does not show anything to alert us of the stated problem.
We do sincerely regret however that you were not able to enjoy your stay with us.
Although not proven needed, We ensure the security of our apartments with a number of measures inclusive of video cameras, smart locks, alarms and various motion lights.
