Spacious one bedroom apartment in Los Feliz just at the base of Griffith park and the Hollywood sign/observatory. SUPER comfy bed, wifi and it's a smart tv so you get Netflix & Hulu on a 42 inch flat screen. Hollywood charm meets modern convenience!
This is a one bedroom apartment. It is steps from the famous Griffith Park. Griffith park is home to the Los Angeles Zoo, Observatory, Train museum, horseback riding, multiple golf courses, merry go round, pony rides, and hundreds of acres of hiking trails.
Less then two blocks from the apartment there are many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, & coffee shops. A few favorites are Little Doms which has a great brunch complete with awesome Bloody Mary's, Lassen's Organic health food store with a deli and juice bar, Mexico City mexican food and bar with great margaritas.
This apartment has air and heat, on ground floor. (Three small steps, otherwise Handicap accessible) Complete cooking facilities, refrigerator, stove, closet space, a full bath and animal friendly. It can sleep 2 in bedroom Its a well appointed clean and cozy apartment, you should feel right at home :)
There is plenty of street parking, please read posted signs on street for time restrictions. They are really basic restrictions and only twice a week for street cleaning. It is a very safe neighborhood as well, many people out jogging and walking their dogs at all times of the night. . This is a small apartment building, feels much more like a home.
This neighborhood, although hip, trendy and full of night life is also very quiet. The apartment is located on a tree lined street at the base of the beautiful hollywood hills. The Hollywood sign is a short bus ride away. The subway station is one mile, also easily accessible by bus or bicycle. The subway will take you in under 10 minutes to downtown LA, downtown Hollywood or Universal Studios for your tourist attractions and enjoyment.
Families are welcome, I myself have a son and we love the neighborhood and all it has to offer. That being said, this is a private residence, not a Hotel, so please treat my home like you would your own (or better if you are challenged in that area:)
Cheers, look forward to meeting you!

Interaction with guests
As often as they need
Other things to note
I have plenty of towels and Toilet Paper. I also have an emergency med kit and other random toiletries ect...feel free to ask what I have as it changes from time to time. I always try and think of stuff that people forget when they travel and leave their homes...
No smoking inside, but just outside in front of the building is fine. Please keep the noise level down especially on week nights as this is a residential neighborhood. Please do not block driveways when you park on the street, some are hard to notice. Please do not bother other tenants or people with questions about the apartment or the surrounding neighborhood. I am always be available for question and comment and I would prefer that you go directly to me. There is a separate 14% tax imposed by the city of LA. Please calculate this and bring in cash when you check in for your stay. Thanks!
