Terraced summer house in Porto Cristo Novo, in the East of Mallorca. It sleeps 5 people.
Enjoy a barbecue or a glass of wine on the porch or the terrace of this marvelous house. The porch is a private spot and the terrace overlooks a wood. The house is in the town of Porto Cristo Novo and there are neighbors around. The plot is fenced.
The bright living-dining room with access to the terrace is air conditioned. The TV has German and Spanish channels only. The kitchen features a basic equipment to prepare snacks, including a vitro hob and dishwasher. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both have A/C and a closet, but only one has access to a terrace. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. The third bedroom is on floor -1 and it comes with one single bed (no air conditioning). There are two bathrooms with shower or bathtub. If you fancy quiet and individual holidays, visit us during the winter - the house is fitted with central heating.
A 10 to 15 minutes' walk takes you to the beaches of Cala Magrana or Cala Anguila. In the town center are restaurants, shops and beach bars where you will be able to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. We recommend you a visit of the Hams and the Drach Caves. The latter is famous for the subterranean lake. Your children may enjoy the safari zoo in Cala Millor and adults like the rich nightlife this town has. If you visit us during the low season like spring, you can explore the area b bicycle.
