The shared exteriores comprise a 17m x 14m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2m to 2.7m, a children's pool (depth: 0.5m), an exterior shower, mini golf, a restaurant, garden and a small playground. The pool is open from June to September. The apartment features a private terrace with panoramic views where you can enjoy a drink in the evening. The second, glazed terrace has a cozy sofa where you can have a little siesta.
You will access the apartment through the ground floor of a building with lots of apartments. There's a sitting-dining room with TV (Spanish channels) and a open kitchen which is small but functional, including a vitro hob, some utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can choose between two bedrooms with double bed and closet. One bedroom has access to a terrace and space for a cot and a high chair. There's a bath with bathtub and bidet as well as three electric heaters.
The urbanization of Monte Pego is typical Mediterranean and is near the Natural Park of Pego-Oliva. The beaches of Denia and Oliva are 10 km from the apartment, as well as the Oliva Nova Golf Course and the equestrian centre. The area is nice for hiking and you could enjoy different trails like Ruta de las Fuentes or Ruta de Arroz. In the Natural Park of Pego-Oliva you could practise cycling and climbing. In the town center you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need during your stay.
