wonderful, open and light barn conversion, set in the centre of a quiet, very pretty village, there is a Clearview wood burner in the kitchen dinner, leading to the outside. Enjoy local Pubs, food, village shop,Sherborne & sea close by.

The space
the joy of this barn conversion is the space and the light. It swallows people up. The hall is great for playing board games, the kitchen with sitting area & TV is perfect for cooking and chatting. There is a decking with table and chairs to enjoy the outside.
Its all newly converted, painted and carpeted. The cosey feel when the fire is on on a dark night is yum.

Guest access
The Barn is private, with its own decked and planted enclosed courtyard, with a warm dog wash! Perfect after a mucky walk. The parking is shared with the main house, you do have your own space next to the entrance. Some windows are smoked to give guests privacy. Our garden backs onto the Barn and is not part of the let. We live in the main house and are happy to settle you in and leave you to it. If you need anything do ask ?

Other things to note
There is a pub, church, doctors surgery, children's play ground, and shop in walking distance in the village. I am sorry the house is non smoking. Although we want our guests to have fun it is not a party house and so I'm afraid we can not accommodate hen or stag parties. No visitors, guests only. Parking for 2 cars only.

I would like my guests to have a wonderful time in my lovely house, but please respect the carpets (that do not like red wine or anything damp for that matter) No pets on furniture or in the bedrooms. Please look after our home and leave it in a state you would wish to find it. No smoking. Guests only no visitors. Thank you.

its a very friendly spot, its also a very pretty village, most buildings are chocolate box in appearance. There is lots going on in the village hall. It is a perfect place to walk with lots of footpaths. There is a forest school and holiday school close by, a Montessori . So parents can get a rest & pop their little ones into school.
