Come and enjoy a comfortable, clean, and affordable home with ocean view in the front yard. It is located in a friendly, quiet, and safe residential area of Kailua Kona in the Big Island of Hawaii but only 2-3 miles away from the popular tourist spot, Ali’i Drive. You will enjoy all the fine shops and beach front restaurants on Ali’i drive, not to mention, all the different sites, world-class resorts, and natural wonders that the Big Island has to offer.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove, and a conventional oven suitable for baking. A full set of dishes for four, cookware, and utensils are also provided for use. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. One of the two smaller bedrooms has two twin beds and the other will have a futon (still need to be furnished). The living room area is comfortable and inviting with a 43-inch LED Smart TV. TV cable and internet are included. The living room and all three bedrooms have a ceiling fan (no air conditions as noted in the list of amenities). During the month of May through September, it can get really hot. I can provide two portable ACs but it will be an extra $10/day.
The two bathrooms have just been recently upgraded. Towels and beach towels are provided for four people.
The backyard includes patio furniture for outside eating. The laundry facility is in the garage. The owner’s car is stored in the garage but there is space in the driveway for one guest's car.

Other things to note
This home can accommodate five people but it is more suited and more comfortable for four people. I (the owner) prefer only four people. If more than 4 people, please email the owner.
Also, HOA rules for ALL residential in this subdivision restrict rentals to a minimum 30-day stay and is preferred. And you get a 25% discount if you book for a minimum of 29 nights or more. But if you cannot stay an entire month - please call me at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) (or cell (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). Hawaii GET tax of 4% will be added to the total amount. An additional Hawaii TIT tax of 9.42% will be added to the total amount for those staying less than 30 days.
Cancellation policy for a weekly stay is full refund 14 days prior to arrival and 50% refund 7 days prior to arrival. For a monthly stay, cancellation policy is 1) full refund 45 days prior to intended arrival or if re-booking is made and 2) 50% refund 30 days prior to intended arrival.
