We actually responded immediately and attentively to your problems. We devoted several hours to dealing with your Internet problem, which turned out to be a downtime by Telstra that affected much of the state and had nothing to do with the property. We spent many hours with you and with Telstra on the phone doing our best to help you, so its not clear what more you could have expected from us. This included about 3 hours of one Sunday afternoon from the property owner at the very first time the issue arose, and again later in the week. That we did this several times for you I would think is a good indication of how important you were to us, despite it being out of our control. Rikkara is a bush property, which means there is bush all around. So if you go walking deep into the bush you will encounter everything one much expects there (but there are no toll booths). If you expect Telstra towers and mobile coverage in the bush you will also be disappointed. Our bedrooms both have sunblock curtains, but if you don’t like birdsong in the bush which will wake you, then this is not the place for you. Secluded means secluded.
