The property, which is C listed, offers immaculately presented accommodation over two floors. The ground floor comprises: an entrance hall; lounge with wood burner where you can enjoy a cosy country cottage atmosphere; modern kitchen that is well equipped; and a dining/ sitting room that comfortably seats six people for dinner. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms: one king size with en-suite shower room; one double; and one twin room along with a family bathroom. This property boasts a corner position with beautifully landscaped gardens to the front and private south facing courtyard to the rear with views from all angles over the vast countryside. There is an extended grass area located to the rear of the property where you can park, and store any outdoor sports' equipment in one of the two sheds. The other has the BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for guests to use.

Once a booking deposit has been paid and the booking confirmed in writing, the Tenant is liable for the whole amount of the rent for the period booked.
Any cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
If notice of cancellation is given more than 8 weeks before your arrival date, 25% of the total tariff is non-refundable
If notice of cancellation is given with less than 8 weeks of your arrival date, the full amount is payable.
Holiday / Cancellation Insurance. Once booked, the Tenant is liable for the complete Property rental costs. As such, it is strongly recommended that the Tenant take out suitable holiday / cancellation insurance to cover costs incurred by unexpected holiday cancellation. Booking Protect, which is a cancellation policy, is offered as an option at the time of booking via the TS Holiday Lets website. Booking Protect is an independent company and in no way related to TS Holiday Lets.
Guests have access to the full property including the front garden, courtyard and rear garden.
