The apartment was in a great location, accessible to interesting walking areas, good restaurants, bakeries, and cheese shops as well as two metro stations. We never met our hosts but they were in contact as needed. The key delivery worked out fine. We arrived late at night and they left us with bread, juice, tea, and coffee which was nice. The downside was the apt itself had mold and mildew and general dampness. We were there during unusually warm weather for Paris so that made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The street appears to be quiet but there was a lot of noise during the day from the school yard across the street. That didn't bother us but it would if one is sensitive to noise. The bathroom was nice with a good shower, always a treat when traveling a lot. There was a washing machine but no dryer so we opted to do laundry at a conveniently located laundromat that was clean and efficient. Overall the location was so nice that we might consider staying there again but only if there were two of us. With three it was kind of cramped.

The apartment, though small, was well organized and nicely decorated with all the mod cons you would need for an extended stay. the strew was quiet in the evening, a bit noisy during the day as it is across from a school yard. This time our hostess was not there to greet us and to show us around. A third party agency was responsible and did not do the kind of job that a hostess would. We had some difficulties as a result of unclear communication on their part as to meet time. We had to wait for an hour on the street as a result. The greeter had not been to the apartment before, so did not show us how to use the appliances, etc. He seemed to be in a hurry to get to another appointment. It should be noted to other guests that only one set of keys is provided and that the apartment door locks automatically when you step out. We had the misfortune to experience this first hand when our son stepped out and left the keys (URL HIDDEN) took him the rest of the day to retrieve a second set from the agency, as the owner was away on vacation. If more than two parties are guests, it would be better for each to have their own set of keys. Not everyone travels with unlocked cellphones….and overseas plans can be expensive.

Everything went perfect and we have had a great weekend in Paris. Carole was super friendly, has welcomed us at the train station where we arrived and had provided us upfront with restaurant recommendations etc. The apartment is perfectly located - walking distance to the train station, to the Marais, Les Halles, les Grand Boulevards, ect. - very quiet but surrounded by the typical french streets and districts. The apartment is small but had still enough space for the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 small kids). Thank you again, Carole, also for the chocolate easter eggs, which were a highlight for our children, when we arrived. :-)

Carole was great from the outset, i couldnt be there to pick up the keys in person but she arranged for my friend to pick them up for me. When we got into the flat, we had wine and chocolate waiting for us. That was incredible for a first booking experience!! The flat was nice and clean, very well located in the centre of Paris. We had an amazing weekend, and having a worry-free accomodation such as this one played a big part. Definitely recommended.

The apartment was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. We found there everything we need, great kitchen and bathroom. Perfect space for 2 people but for 3 was very good too. The location is just amazing, close to everything in Paris. I felt there like at home. I totally recommend it to everybody!
