A 3 bedroom Victorian workers cottage. I put my heart and soul into designing this home for my two children and I. I call it my 'blue period' of interior design as every room has a different shade of the blue.
It doesn't mean it will bring on the blues though! It's cozy and cool and beautiful and it's only throw from the shops and restaurants of Cobham .... including The Ivy which is opening in June!
Trust me, you won't want to leave.
This is village living at its very best with all the amenities you could ever wish for on your door step.
The house itself has been fully refurbished this year to the highest standard. In fact it will be featuring in Period Living Magazine this Summer!
There is parking for two cars and a garden. A park behind the house with a playground, football pitch, free tennis courts, table tennis, basketball courts.
We are 5 mins from the A3 junction of the M25 so it's incredibly accessible for both Gatwick and Heathrow
We are also walking distance from Painshill Park, for anyone attending weddings and functions there.
I will meet you with the key.
Interaction with guests
If I'm not away on holiday myself I will be over the road and available to check guests in and out of the property. I will also be available by text and phone to answer any questions you may have.
Other things to note
Chest of draws available in each room for guests
High speed wifi
Please note there is one portable smart TV which can be used in any room.
This is my primary home and therefore it houses all my precious worldly goods.
I will be vacating for guests and so please respect mine and my children's personal belongings.
I cannot empty cupboards but can make draws in each room empty. All hanging Harley's should be hung on the shaker pegs in each room/ not in the wardrobes.
All I ask is that you please leave the house as you found it.
Thanks : )
