This is our Premier Suite which gives you 180 degrees of Ocean. One of the only airbnb spaces on Malibu Road with Air conditioning & or Heat. This is a 1500sq ft Open floor plan with the pacific ocean just below your Ocean Deck. Private stairwell to ocean. 2 Memory Foam KING beds, charging stations, Full Kitchen to cook, Keurig Coffee maker, and much more . Entire property has 100mbps FiberOptic internet speed. Miraculously maintained. Gas grill on ocean deck is provided for this apartment. Air matresses can be added for additional guests.

All PETs will need to be pre-approved. We restrict the amount of dogs and type on property. Pet rent is $50 per night if approved.

Guest access
August locks will grant App access and code for entry to unit. There is a common area recreation room for all guests and has some children beach toys.

You'll have plenty of parking in our private Off street parking. We are Keyless, so you will be given code for private 24 hour access.
You'll walk through our Entry door & then on to the central deck, which then leads you on to your private walkway with a Awesome Ocean View !
You'll have several decks from which to choose, where you can mingle with others or sit & read while having your coffee & listen to the morning surf.

Perhaps an early morning run on our popular Malibu Road, or better yet....along the sand. You could always join me & get out and put in few miles cycling. Our Malibu Road which is notably a safe haven for road bike enthusiast..! Should you prefer Mtn bike riding, we can supply you with a book of local Mtn bike paths, however you'll have to bring a bike.
Perhaps you'd rather kayak...? Or paddle board..? No worries, we can refer you to our local surf shop about lining this up.
Beginning to sound like a resort...!

Other things to note
For new Families, We do offer PAC & Play crib, which we gladly can arrange to have set up in your unit upon your arrival along with high chair & beach toys for young kids.

Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Dog fee is $50 per night per dog.

Malibu is considered to be a extremely expensive area. We are home to a lot of movie stars; in fact we have a Shuttle- Open Air Van that gives tours of our very street.
The famous Malibu Seafood restaurant is a 15- minute walk to dinner. It requires no fuss & kick-off sandals. You- fish n stix!
Malibu has worked hard keeping its natural beauty since its original development. We have a little book that you'll find left for our guest to enjoy, filled with History about Malibu with photos from the early days. You will no doubt fall in love with the Ocean and with Malibu, especially if you stay here on this property.
I did, as I'm absolutely sure you will too. I should let you know one important fact: You will absolutely HATE to pack up and have to leave~~~~
