My house is on the outskirts of Brighton in a quiet residential area popular with families. The garden backs onto the South Downs and there is a path a little way down the road which leads straight onto the hills. The house would be great for families or groups of couples wanting to visit the south east of England on a budget. I also live within walking distance of the Amex Stadium, home of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. pickles the cat has now moved out so won't be in the house.

The space
My house is right at the top of a residential area about 45 minutes' walk to the centre of Brighton. There are three double bedrooms as well as a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs there is very spacious kitchen/breakfast room and large sitting/dining room. The house would accommodate 6 people (3 couples) comfortably or a family. Outside there is a small table and chairs.

Where you’ll be

The City of Brighton and Hove, England, United Kingdom

The local neighbourhood is quiet and convenience shops are nearby (10 minutes walk at the most). The main features are immediate access to the South Downs behind the house, the views from the bedrooms, and the easy access to the city. Brighton and Hove is an amazing city with hundreds of high quality restaurants, pubs, and bars. There are many family activities including the Sealife centre, cinemas, the Pier and Pavilion, and much more. Brighton has an abundance of live music, festivals, and events throughout the year. I know a lot about the city and surrounding countryside so please feel free to ask me.

I help to manage a campsite in Newick for my friend Hugo. In my spare time I have been renovating my house. I still have plans to do more work in the house but am pleased with the way it is looking at the moment. I also enjoy socialising, cooking and playing my guitar.
