Our clean, safe, and cozy house is centrally located. It is only a 10-MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTRAL PARK AREA OF ANTIGUA.

We are collecting donations to support disadvantaged children of primary school and also we are collecting gifts for Christmas.
Strategic and safe location 5 MINUTES WALKING TO:

Breakfast items are included in the price.
* * I offer food items to cook and serve yourself: bread, cream cheese, jelly[jam] eggs, tomatoes, onions, spices, oil, fruit and coffee.
Check-In starts at: 1 pm until 10 pm You can drop your bags off earlier.
At the second level, the house has a small communal terrace you can be on the terrace for read, eat, enjoy the sun, or just enjoy the view of the volcano Agua.
*This room has its own bathroom in the room.
* Fast and stable WIFI
* Fresh towels and sheets
* TV in room with international channels
* Use of our kitchen (only small meals)
*Water (eco filter), coffee and tea for free (self-service)
*One double bed (full, with 1.40 meters x 2.00 meters) it is not queen or king. Most guests find it very comfortable

*Clothes washing facilities are NOT available, but there is a laundry about 4 minutes walk away.

We interact with guests as much as they want to interact with us!
Tuc tuc or taxi are everywhere but since my home is walking distance to nearly everything there.

Welcome to our house! Thank you very much for your reservation.
It is very important to know your arrival time. This depends on whether or not we can accept the reservation, so please inform us of an approximate arrival time as soon as possible. If you know the time your plane will land in Guatemala please let me know (or from which part of the country you are traveling so we can calculate the approximate arrival time in Antigua)
Check-In from: 1:00 pm to 10pm You can drop your bags off earlier.
Check-Out: 10 AM

We would be very grateful if you could observe our house rules
•Please turn of the light when it is not required.
•No people allowed in the room who are not paying guests.
•If the house key gets lost, there is a charge of $60.
•Smoking in the rooms is strictly forbidden.
•If you break or damage something you are responsible for replacing it.
•Do not use the kitchen after 9:00 pm.
•When using the kitchen, please wash and dry dishes and kindly return them to the cabinet where they belong.
•After 10pm, please try to not make a lot of noise as it will disturb other guests who might be sleeping.
•When entering the house late in the evening please do so quietly. Do not slam the door.

Hygiene Items: Toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, sanitary towels, band-aids, hair clips, towels, etc.
School Supplies: Used computers, fairytales in Spanish, pens/crayons, backpacks, paints, calculator, ruler, notebooks, etc.
Toys: Dolls, stuffed animals, jump rope, toy cars, coloring book, soccer balls, etc.
Other: Clothes, shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, caps, socks, sandals, etc.
You can make a difference in the communities and leave a positive footprint while traveling.
