The house is a detached house of 150 sq. m. in Stavros Akrotiri in Chania, just a few minutes from the two beaches of the area, 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from the port in Souda and 20 minutes from the city of Chania and the famous Old Venetian Port.
It is located in a very quiet area with nice view, offering peaceful and relaxing holidays.

The space
My house has three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor with access to all the balconies around, two bathrooms, and on the down floor a large open space (where lies the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the office) and a gym room.
The house has air-conditioner in every bedroom and in the living room. The bathrooms have all day hot water by solar heating. We also have satellite TV in the living room.
My space is suitable for couples , business travelers , families (with children ) and large groups.

Guest access
The famous organized beach of Stavros, where scenes from the Oscar-winning "Zorbas the Greek" movie were shot, lies at 15-minute walk and it is ideal for children due to the shallow sea, also sheltered from the winds thanks to the closed bay. Around the beach there are Super Markets, restaurants, cafes and bars. The second equally beautiful beach of the area is located at the same distance.
In the surrounding areas and also a few kilometres away, there are many beautiful beaches, as well as places with historical, archaeological, religious and natural beauty, for pleasure and exploration.
