Interaction with guests
I live here with my husband, Isaac, and our dog, Charlie. Our home is a single-story building with an open floor plan so you will likely see us around during your stay. If you need anything or even just want to chat, don't hesitate to flag us down - we love getting to know our guests!
We like to be around to greet our guests at check-in and are generally available to answer any questions you may have, but will otherwise stay out of your hair as we understand you may want your space and privacy.
Other things to note
We don't wear shoes in the house so we kindly request that you don't either.
We have a sweet, spirited, people-loving dog named Charlie. He will likely greet you enthusiastically when you enter the house and will usually calm down after about 5 minutes.
We live on a quiet street so if you enter or leave after 10pm, please be respectful of our neighbors (and watch out for deer).
- No shoes in the house
I live in Durham, North Carolina with my husband, Isaac, and our dog, Charlie. I'm originally from Singapore and lived in Australia, Thailand, and Hong Kong before moving to Durham for college in 2004. I love traveling, cooking (and eating), swimming, scuba diving, hiking, blazing hot summer days, and binge-watching TV shows with the hubby.
