Kindly find below detailed response to your negative feedback:
1- We clearly mention in the listing page that there is construction nearby, and the rate you you have booked the apartment is 25% less than the normal price for this property because of the construction area.
2- We have 24hrs on call maintenance service, had you complained about the Tub and shower issues instead of using it to post this review, we would have immediately fixed it.
3- Our cleaning team are all from 5 stars hotel background and working with us for 12years. If you read our reviews on all our properties (more than 55) , you will understand that we are expert in Hygiene and cleaning standards.
4- Towels: Had you read the description before you booked, we also mention that we provide 1 set of towels for a studio, extra is available on request at a charge...
5- this is a holiday home and not a hotel, there is 24hrs security and no reception like in hotels.
6- Again, our check-in/ out policy is very clear before you book.
you could have easily booked late check out beforehand , we would have happily accommodated it.
There is no way we can take responsibly for your luggage.
It is very unfortunate that you are using disrespectful words and accusing us of poor hygiene and service because you got upset for not wanting to pay the half day charge for late check out.
However, it was still a pleasure to welcome you and remain hospitable to welcome you again in the future.
