The space
We designed this apartment based on the concept of “Togetherness” the pleasure to share and enjoy the space together, while also having ones own individual space. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king-size bed with Premium mattress, and the other with 2 single beds with Premium mattress, with the possibility to change beds into a king-size bed; the living room has 2 sofas, which one can be changed into a king-size bed with a Premium mattress, smart TV with cable TV.
There is a dining room with a fully equiped kitchen.

Guests will also enjoy our outside relax area with living area and skatebowl shared with the other apartments of Casa Biota .
The skatebowl is just for skateboard and surf skate. No scooter. no Bmx.
Clean your wetsuit and surfboard and rack them in the garden, ready for another amazing sesh!

We are a couple very much in love, we arrived with two dogs and a camper van. Myriam a designer and art lover and Mattia a true skateboarder. A trip that made us fall in love with the simplicity, beauty, and the nature of this paradise. We decided that this was the right place to settle down and create our future, surrounded by the ocean, neverending beaches and breathtaking cliffs. Here we dreamt of starting a family, and so our dream became a reality and our Tobias and Cloe arrived. We couldn´t keep all this beauty to ourselves: and so CASA BIOTA was created. A place in which we want everyone to feel at home, no matter if you are alone, with family or friends. We want to be your home away from home, here where the land ends and the sea begins.
