Montauk Sofas, gourmet kitchen with Delonghi automatic espresso machine, 6 burner stove, 12 ft patio doors, large private yard with gas BBQ, 11 ft couch and teak dining table. Super comfy beds with down pillows & duvets. Free street parking. A great place to chill with friends or family.

The space

Our house is the perfect blend of modern and warm. This is the place for you If you want to be close to the canal, Old Montreal, Downtown, Atwater Market and the hip restaurant bar scene but still stay in a quiet neighborhood. This is the place for you If you crave comfort and a good nights sleep in a peaceful environment and you like your lattes by pressing a button.

Minutes to the Grand Prix, downtown, Old Montreal.
Bixi stand on the park you can just hop on and take the canal all the way to old montreal, the market or downtown. There is a fantastic view of the city from one block over.

Please be respectful of our neighbours- no loud noise after 11PM.
Our stairs do not have railing so could be dangerous for small kids or elderly. The master bedroom has a door that leads out to a balcony but there is no railing so for your own safety access to the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Rental Conditions

1.Upon arrival at the property, the tenant acknowledges having found the cottage in perfect condition and declares to be satisfied.

2.The tenant is responsible for the rented property and its contents. Moreover, it assumes the full responsibility of those to whom he makes it available. Occupants that the tenant permits must behave in a respectful manner and so as not to disturb the peace of other residents and other nearby buildings. Finally, the tenant is responsible for the peaceful and normal enjoyment of the property.

3.The tenant declares renting the property for purposes of pleasure or holiday.

4.The tenant is responsible for all expenses without any deduction, including the loss of service if using the property for purposes other than those mentioned above.

5.Any music or sounds that can be heard outside of the property is prohibited, particularly between 24h am and 7h am.

6.In any case, the landlord can not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the tenant as a result of accident, delays, costs incurred , injury, or death resulting from fortuitous events or force majeure and in said dwelling. The landlord will not be subject to claims or court action relating to such loss or damage. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

7.The landlord will not be held responsible for any interruption beyond its control such as electric utilities, running water or cable service .

8.The landlord is not responsible for damage, loss or theft in regards of personal belongings of the tenant and his guests.

Tenant / Engagements

1.At his departure, leave the premises, property, land, furniture and accessories in the same condition as on arrival and at their original location. A surcharge will be added by the tenant if the landlord finds that the cleanliness of the property is unsatisfactory.

2.To hold no great evening or " party " inside the rented property home that exceeds the capacity of the cottage .

3.To comply with this lease. Non-compliance of the contract may result in costs that will be assessed at the discretion of the landlord. The non- fulfillment of the contract entitles the landlord to evict the tenant and his guests immediately terminating this lease. In this case, the landlord will retain any sum that has been paid and maintain any action against the tenant if damage was caused or if furniture or accessories are missing.

4.Use furniture and objects furnishing the rented property at which they are intended and in the place they are intended to be. It is forbidden to carry them outside the property.

5.To notify the landlord when the tenant becomes aware of a defect and / or failure of equipment or furniture. Any abusive or not attributable to normal wear and tear of the building and its furniture causing tasks , breakage or defects will be repaired or replaced at the expanse of the tenant.

6.Not to throw anything in the sinks, laundries, toilets, bathtubs and showers to obstruct pipes, failing which, the costs for the return to service will be fully charged to the tenant.

7.Do not smoke inside at any time.

8.To give the landlord access to the property, at all times, as to inspect the premises and to perform urgent and necessary work.

9.Do not let any animals of all kinds inside the house. Pets are strictly prohibited.

10. Rental days are determined by the number of nights that the property is used.

Landlord / Engagements

1.Keep in force during the lease term at least the minimum insurance required by law.

2.Deliver the property in good condition. Clean and the equipment in good working condition.

3.Notify the tenant if, for any reason, the landlord cannot rent the property to the tenant for the agreed dates due to unforeseen physical damage to the property and to give him a refund for the amount paid. No additional amount for loss or damage shall be claimed in any manner whatsoever to the landlord.

My family and I stayed at Kyla's Airbnb for the labour-day long weekend. It was our first experience staying at an Airbnb, and I must say, it exceeded all of our expectations! From the beginning, Kyla was very accommodating, and was able to provide us with an early check-in. She was very welcoming, and was kind enough to leave us welcome drinks. The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful, and it really did make our stay in Montreal that much more amazing. The Airbnb was kept in very good condition, and was spotless! It was fully equipped with anything and everything that we needed, and if we had any questions, she was very quick to respond. There was parking directly in front of the unit, which was very helpful. The AirBnb was also located right in the heart of downtown Montreal, and was a short drive away from places to eat, the Casino, shopping malls, etc. Kyla made our stay in Montreal beyond amazing, and we would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Montreal sometime soon! Thank you Kyla!

Kyla was extremely easy to communicate with. Her home is design magazine-perfect. It is absolutely beautiful. The house is not right in downtown Montreal, but if you're interested in immersing yourself in local life and looking to explore an interesting part of the city, this is the place for you.

Kyla's home is clean, well stocked, and beautifully designed. We had a very easy, comfortable stay. Quiet neighborhood, nice backyard, easy checkin process and Kyla was very prompt in all her communications. Highly recommended!

The moment you walk in Kyla's home, you are at home. Checking-in and communication was very efficient and easy. We were a family of 5 and the house was indeed a calming retreat for this long awaited family reunion. The house is well designed with inspired taste and top notch furnitures. There are several universe and themes going through this place and powerful love and caring vibes all around. The kitchen is a true masterpiece and triggered happy moments around breakfast, dinners. The house benefits from exceptional natural lights and space whilst offering cocoons of comfort in both the living room and the three bedrooms upstairs. The beddings allowed our bodies to melt slowly into a good sleep. The three bathrooms was more than we can ask for. It was really difficult to leave the house each day. A HUGE thank you to Kyla for offering a real home away from home. I would recommend this Kyla's home to everyone !

Kyla is an amazing host. She is friendly, generous, and very communicative. As for her place, it is stunning. The entire home is beautifully appointed, very spacious, well-lit, and so pleasant that we had a difficult time working up the motivation to leave each day. Our group of four was one married couple and two other adults, and we were grateful for three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The back patio is gorgeous--we enjoyed dinner there one night--and the kitchen is state-of-the-art. The bed in the master bedroom is extraordinarily comfortable, and the master bathroom--with its giant tub, separate walk-in shower, and twin sink basins--is stunning. The neighborhood is quiet, and you can catch a bus at the end of the street that takes you straight to downtown (if you don't mind a little walking, you can make the trip on foot--I did this on each of the six days we were there). The four of us found ourselves commenting each day on how wonderful our accommodations were--this is a true gem!

Kyla's place is exactly what you want an Airbnb to be. You walk in and right away you are taken back by how beautiful it is and you know you made the right decision. Then you walk around and see all the high end furniture, appliances and the gorgeous patio and you know you are never going to want to leave. The beds are super comfortable and the three bathrooms really helped for three festival goers for showering, privacy etc. She was great with communication and there wasn't anything missing that you would expect to be there. The photos don't even do it justice as this place , if you can nab it, is the one you want!!
