The space
My apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building, WITHOUT a lift. The room is very bright and overlooks the beautiful green area of Villa Filippina and Piazza San Francesco di Paola. From the panoramic terrace you can admire a glimpse of blue of the sea of Palermo and see the Teatro Massimo and Teatro Politeama. The outdoor space is adorned with many plants and equipped with deck chairs and garden table to experience moments of relaxation!
Inside, the environment is very airy with a large single entrance/living room and open-plan kitchen, from here you can access the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower (60x60cm shower cubicle).
Climbing the spiral staircase you enter the loft with a study space with a bed and a half (120x200cm), and an area with TV and sofa bed for 2 people. From the mezzanine you can access the terrace.
Parking means the free places (white stripes) on the streets surrounding my apartment.

Guest access
The entire house will be at your disposal, with a kitchen equipped for cooking, (due to COVID restrictions, coffee, tea and breakfast snacks ARE NOT AVAILABLE).
LAST renovation: NEW SHOWER BOX with wide opening.
Some changes in the furniture are made regularly. The furniture could be arranged differently.

Bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, and TV are included.
The reservation, for one or two people, includes the preparation of the double bed, 1 bath towel and 1 face towel for each guest.
Upon request, it is possible to prepare two separate beds -1 double bed + a single bed (CASUZZA with TERRACE) /French bed (CASUZZA with balcony).
An additional contribution of 20.00 euros will be required for the preparation of the second bed.
Additional towels can be used upon request for an additional charge of €10.00 each.

I am very sensitive to the environmental issue and climate change that is having an impact on our beloved planet! For this reason, I invite my guests to pay close attention to water and electricity consumption (hot/cold air conditioning and water heater).
IMPORTANT: DO NOT leave the hot/cold air conditioners on when you are not at home.
The TAP water is drinkable.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the house.
It is NOT possible to organize parties in the house.
It is NOT possible to invite other guests.

The panoramic terrace overlooks Villa Filippina and faces the sea.
enjoying the colors of the sky and the rooftops of Palermo, to sunbathe or have an aperitif in absolute relaxation!

Parking is free and available in the streets near my house.
