Great place to stay, close drive to the downtown area. The place was very clean, great bed and lots of extra things like coffee, tea, juice and breakfast dainishes in the fridge. Plenty of bathroom supplies. It's very nice to have a washer and dryer to use as well. Handy being able to park right out front. AC works great and nice little patio out back. We would definitely stay there again.

Kyle's place was perfect for our trip to Savannah. Close to Forsyth Park and a quick drive to most places. Perfect size with everything you need for a great stay. Kyle was good with communication and left orange juice and Keurig coffee for our use. There is an iron, washing machine and dryer (no detergent though FYI), and ice. Overall great stay!

This place is lovely. My husband and I stayed here for two nights but the place had everything we'd have needed to stay for a week or more: spacious fridge, oven, Keurig with lots of coffee pods, towels, etc. This place is great for couples but could accommodate a third person on the couch. The location was excellent. The furthest we walked to any location was 15-20 minutes, which was no problem because the city is so darn charming and beautiful. Some highlights were a coffee shop called the Sentient Bean across from Forsythe Park, Sandfly BBQ on Barnard street, and the Chromatic Dragon (for the super-nerds) on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. There's a Kroger within walking distance as well. While we never ran into Kyle, he responded promptly to the questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Cute and cozy space perfect for two to stay in and explore Savannah. We enjoyed our stay in the comfortable space. One thing to note is that the door to the apartment opens right onto the sidewalk. Overall it was a great experience, being pretty close to all the sites but in a quiet place.

Pillows were terrible. Street was extremely loud all throughout the night! Curtains did not do there job. If you can sleep with bad pillows noisy environment with a ton of life than this place is for you but would not recommend and did not enjoy our first airbnb we will stay in a hotel or real bed and breakfast next time. Not worth the price at all. The description said it was in a good location well my boyfriend and I did not feel like it was in a good location. Many sketchy people walking streets all night we did not feel safe and I was worried about our car and someone breaking in all night. It was also a pretty far walk to most things and I like walking but we had to time coming back so we weren't walking back on the unsafe streets by the airbnb.

Response from Kyle:
I am sorry you had such a bad experience, I only ask that guests review all the information in the description on the Airbnb website before booking, which gives an overview on what to expect, such as location in Savannah, location to a city street, parking, the surrounding area, and the reviews from other guests. I never received any communication from this guest during the visit so I was unaware they were not satisfied with their stay. Through my experience, the Airbnb guest enjoys the independence and freedom you cannot get at a hotel and the convenience of walking out the front door to the city , your car, and the close convenience. We all have are own ideas and expectations for a weekend getaway, and for some, staying at a hotel may be best option.

Kyle was a great host and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, close to Forsyth Park with some great restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get downtown by taking a longer walk or cheap uber. There's also a hop on and off trolley stop just around the corner. Kyle's place was just as described and we enjoyed our comfortable and cozy stay in Savannah!
