The space
Haywain cottage was converted from one end of a medieval barn, this ‘upside down cottage’ has its two bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with living accommodation on the first floor.
The very large double bedroom has a vanity unit.
The second bedroom has a single bed, but an additional bed can be added if required (linen at additional cost).
The bathroom has a ‘over the bath’ rainfall shower.

The stairs lead up to a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, electric hob, integrated fridge, integrated freezer and dishwasher.

The upstairs lounge is a light, bright, calm room with double aspect overlooking the duck pen/house and garden borders.

It is set in lovely gardens along with 6 other houses all with very different characters and decor. Guests have access to 3 different gardens all with seating areas along with BBQs and firepits, ample free parking along with free WiFi.

Dogs are allowed in our cottages but we as we have livestock we do insist that dogs are kept on leads in the gardens and in the immediate vicinity of the cottages.
During summer periods, heavy farming equipment travels along the local roads, this can have a huge impact on your arrival times on areas that you want to visit. We would say always allow a little extra time. Herefordshire roads can be dangerous and the double white lines are there for a reason.
