From the kitchen window you can occasionally watch Dolphins and Seals feeding for the mackerel. You can walk to a private beach within 5 mintes where you can swim fish and sunbathe
The beach is both sandy and with pebbles and there is a river that flows into the sea over rocks that you can clamber over and children can fish in the rock pools. It is unmarked from the road and so is virtually private.

Our house is located on a beautiful inlet of the atalntic Ocean we have a wonderful view of the ever changing sea and small fishing boats and both to the front and rear of the property mountings and hills to watch the sunrise and sunsets which can be spectacular.

Hi Everyone,

I am a Social Psychologist and my wife bought this house 18 years ago, at the time it was just four walls with a roof but no interior. We have turned this into a cosy retreat with open peat fires an Aga in the Kitchen and all the facilities including high speed wifi that a modern home has but retaining the genuine style of an genuine Irish homestead.

We are a close family and we love our home to be lived in by people that want to feel at home and care for it as we do. Here you will find our pictures and personal items, and our amazing housekeeper Eimear will help you with any questions you have and will make your stay unforgettable with her local knowledge and care for you.
