Welcome to our charming Cape Cod cottage nestled on the tranquil shores of Popponessett Bay! This cozy space has been cherished by our family for generations, offering a quintessential Cape Cod experience. Located on a private point, our cottage provides stunning bay views and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

Conveniently situated between Popponessett Market Place (2miles) and Mashpee Commons (2.6miles) you're close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

The space
Attached to the main house, this private space has been remodeled in classic coastal decor. Walking up to your own private entrance from the covered outdoor patio the space has two bedrooms. There are two queens beds and one full bathroom. There is also a trundle in the living room to get extra cozy while watching Netflix! The main room has a kitchenette for you to use, which includes a small refrigerator, a coffee pot, microwave, and toaster oven.

Other things to note
For ideal cleanliness and comfort, the cleaning fee includes linen service; fresh bed sheets, bath towels, and cloths will be ready upon your arrival!
