I am very sorry to hear you guys had a issue with the cottage being cold. Had you came and spoke to me about it I would have done all I good to have sorted the problem for you. The cottage does have full central heating and radiators in all rooms, it is set on a timer to come on morning and night, as often guests are out during the day.. I could have switched it to constant for you had I known you were cold. The log burner is an extra to the central heating for the living room. It is a old cottage and I do understand it can get chilly in there especially this time of year. I’m sorry you had trouble with the hot tub. All the information needed for using the tub is in the instruction Manual that was with your welcome booklet.. unfortunately if you forget to top the water up to above the sensors it will stop heating, and then you would have to wait a few hours for it to heat back to 38 degrees.
I hope you guys had a good journey home. Kind regards Leanne x
