My boyfriend and I had a lovely time at Sheryl & Tim's place. If you're looking for a cool place to stay that's not too far from downtown Port Townsend, we strongly recommend you check it out!

Sheryl and Tim are two of the kindest and warmest hosts I have encountered on Airbnb! I am so grateful that the first night of my trip was in their comfortable, tranquil home. Meeting their family and chatting over breakfast was a highlight of my trip. Also, the muesli that they make is delicious! I look forward to the next time our paths cross!

Sheryl and Tim were simply a joy to stay with. They are hospitable, kind, and warm people; their home feels like a sacred sanctuary. So thankful we had the chance to stay in their amazing room and we're looking forward to the next time we have the chance to make a trip to Port Townsend!

Totally Gorgeous home. I love Sheryl and Tim too! I felt like part of the family! What an utterly cozy place. All of it was truly wonderful: clean, beautiful, peaceful.. I wished I could have stayed longer. A true gem of a place and absolutely wonderful, generous hosts that are super fun to chat with! And they make great muesli!!

Sheryl and Tim's place is amazing- it's a beautiful straw bale home. The room is very comfortable and spacious. I love the design of their unique home, especially the very cool shower! Sheryl and Tim are lovely people, and excellent hosts. The evening I arrived, they were having a birthday dinner, which they invited me to join! It was really fun meeting their friends and family members- what a great way to feel at home! They also have delicious homemade granola for breakfast. I would highly recommend Sheryl and Tim's Airbnb home- they are friendly, warm and welcoming hosts! Thank you again!

I was hoofing it so this was not ideal as I had to call taxi service. Room is clean and bathroom great! Museli for breakfast was real treat! Tim and Sheryl were delightful hosts and very personable.

Response from Sheryl & Tim:
Hi Janis: We are glad that you enjoyed your stay at our house! Yes, it is a challenge, as we spoke about prior to your arrival, to get to and from Port Townsend without a car. It's one of those annoying parts of American infrastructure! However, I hope your bus ride back to Seattle went well and I was glad that I was available to give you a ride to the bus stop. It would have been really uncomfortable for you to have had to haul your things down there...hope the rest of your trip went well!

My husband Tim and I love creating beautiful spaces and nurturing people! I recently turned 50 at about the same time that our daughter graduated from college and our 19 year old son flew off to start a new life in the UK. So now we have two empty rooms in a big house where we can host visitors. We are so looking forward to having you stay with us! We love our little town with its cute restaurants and the coolest movie theatre in the world! We love good food, our kitty, traveling to out of the way places and connecting with people in their communities. I'm a fan of musicals, Billie Holiday and power walks in the woods.

We are both self-employed:

We produce Daddy's Muesli, a delicious organic muesli, right here on our property in a certified commercial kitchen. We invite you to have some for breakfast!

Tim is a goldsmith, working with 100% recycled gold and platinum. We have a little workshop and gallery downtown on the same floor as Sirens Pub. He muses that he spends his days making 'love glue'.
