Comfy bed for better sleep
The room-darkening blinds and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Located only 16km from Levin and 32 km from Palmerston North. A cozy spacious beautifully furnished cabin that has everything you need. Whether you are visiting friends, family or just on business this is the perfect place to rest. The Cabin has a large fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and open planned living with a King Size bed and two separate bedrooms providing privacy. Our property boasts a large open outside area where you are welcome to relax in.
The space
We live on the property in a traditional American Barn house but you have complete privacy away from the main house.
The Cabin is super spacious with all the home comforts
We live on large grounds which you are welcome to stroll around
Guest access
The Cabin has its own carport which is completely under cover to the front door. This carport is yours to use during your stay.
If the Cabin is not already unlocked you will find the key hanging up on a hook in the laundry located at the end of the deck.
Other things to note
Welcome breakfast on arrival. For longer stays please let us know if you'd like refills, we can supply them for a small fee or you're welcome to restock these locally.
Regretfully we are unable host infants or children under the age of 14
We do not charge a cleaning fee so we would really appreciate our guests to leave the place how they found it:-) If we find the cabin in an unreasonable state a $60 cleaning fee will be charged.
We are a NO smoking 🚭 property so please refrain from smoking
For a 1-2 person booking, please let us know if you will be using the second bedroom, if so there is a one off additional $20 linen fee and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
If you are staying longer than 5 days we will make a time with you to freshen the Cabin to keep it clean throughout your stay with us.
Please note if you are bringing electric cars there are charging stations downtown
available, we do not offer this service on-site.

We are set in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, semi-rural surrounded by beautiful trees and gardens.

Born in the 70s
Where I went to school: Levin
Wife and mother to two well travelled children. We live on a 3 acre block. My husband built our dream home, it's very American and filled with Americana homewares from our many trips to the US. I work as a Project Manager at Fonterra and my husband is a builder and works very hard so always deserves a good break away. Although we live in the country we love to eat out and drink nice wine, so a good break to the city that boasts good eating places and shopping is what we love. Things I cannot live without are, my hair straighteners, washing machine, make-up, wine and of course my family. We treat other people's homes as our own, with upmost respect, shoes are always taken off inside and I must say i am a clean freak.
