The house is in a great location -- about a 15-minute walk from the Clifton Hill area and the falls. Parking lots are expensive in the area (and you have to pay to park EVERYWHERE), so being within walking distance is great. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, not a lot of traffic, seemed safe.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a house with a private entrance. Even though we were on the second floor, it was very quiet and we did not hear the people downstairs.
Bedrooms are large and the beds are very cozy and clean with lots of floor space. The queen-sized bed had pillows, bed sheets, and a comforter, but the twin-sized beds just had pillows and a comforter. There was plenty of closet space in the room with the queen-sized bed, and smaller closet space in the room with the twin-sized beds. There was no iron or ironing board.
The bathroom was spacious and clean as well. Towels and washcloths were provided.
The kitchen was very clean. It had a Keurig, microwave, pots and pans, knives, cooking/eating utensils, cups, plates, and bowls. Only thing missing was a can opener and frying pan, but we managed. When we arrived, there were chips and water put out for us, and my son found the stash in the cabinet, so we replaced the several extra bags that he ate. There were also a couple of pods of coffee, too, and we replaced what we used. There was dish detergent and sponges, paper towels, and toilet paper provided as well. If you are planning to cook while here, I would bring everything you need to cook -- spices, oil, sugar and creamer for coffee, foil, plastic wrap, etc.
The TV is a smart TV, and we were able to hook up our Firestick, which worked fine.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Niagara Falls. Doud was very quick to respond to questions -- a wonderful host!
