Enjoy contemporary architecture and a loft-style two story house with high ceilings and lots of natural light.

It is centrally located urban living. Close to the University of Arizona, UA Medical Center and all the fun of Tucson’s revitalized university and downtown areas.

This is an ideal place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space
Amenities: soft water*, UV window film on all windows that carries The Skin Cancer Foundation’s Seal of Recommendation, no carpet (tiles & laminate flooring throughout the house), mechanical bidet on every commode, USB port and multiple power outlets in every bedroom and throughout the house, G·o·o·g·l·e Home for your assistant.

No keys to lose or to return! There is a secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key issued to you for the duration of your stay. You will also be provided with a separate code to access the bedroom.

The bedroom is on the second floor. It is important to lift (not drag) your luggage up and down the stairs. If you need help with this, please let me know. Any heavy items can be stored safely in the garage. Just let me know if you need to do this.

If there is an additional guest in your group, the third person will sleep on a extra twin size mattress that will be placed in the same room.

The tile flooring on the first floor can be cool in the winter and pleasant in the hot months. If coming in cooler months, be sure to bring your slippers or some warm socks.

Tea and coffee are provided for your enjoyment. Filtered water is available from the fridge and the water pitcher.

Feel free to use the utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, and appliances, including the Thermador Freedom Induction Cooktop. You can unleash your inner chef with these cooking tools. I politely ask that you properly dispense waste and scrape food from the dishes before placing into the dishwasher. Wash any dishwasher-safe dishes in the dishwasher and hand wash other dishes (observe some exceptions).

You can store your food in the fridge/freezer as space permits. Please be considerate of others for the amount of space used.

* Regular/city water is available from the kitchen faucet cold water line, fridge cold water (filtered), and water pitcher (filtered).

Guest access
You are welcome to access all common areas in the house, such as the living room, the kitchen, and the patio. The garage is private space.

Other things to note
** In order to ensure everybody safety & wellness during the COVID-19 Virus outbreak, if you (or any party in your reservation) are experiencing any flu-like symptoms (ie: fever, cough, cold, etc.) I kindly ask that you do not proceed with the reservation. I really appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Let me know if you have any additional needs prior to your stay such as earlier check-in, late check-out, or want for anything during your stay. I'll do my best to help. I wish you have a comfortable and pleasant stay at my place.

I was born in Taiwan, grew up in Indonesia, and have lived in Tucson for more than 20 years. I am married to Reza, who is also my co-host. I work full time for a hydroponic retailer company in Tucson, and I also own a specialty cake company that focuses on gluten-free creations. I enjoy various kinds of music and movies. However, my favorite genres are jazz and sci-fi. In my free time, I enjoy doing yoga and ballroom dancing. I like dining out, cooking, baking, and experimenting with my gluten-free recipes. I speak English, Indonesian, and rudimentary Mandarin. I am always eager to sharpen my Mandarin conversational skills. I have a special interest in electronics technology and my favorite toys are electronic gadgets. I’m a pretty open, friendly sort and am always interested in meeting new people.

During your stay
On the weekdays, I'm always at work during the day. Depending on your arrival time, you may or may not see me. If I'm not home, I'm always just a text away if you need anything. You may hang out and chat if I am around. If you would rather relax after a long day of travel you may do that as well. Just make yourself at home.
