The space
1870 Farmhouse with full Kitchen including double sink, refrigerator, microwave, k-cup and traditional coffee makers, and a 1920's six burner Magic Chef double stove with a broiler, two full bathrooms (main bath completely remodeled 4/2021) two big bedrooms, a big bay window looking out over the pond. Plenty of interior space and beautiful property to enjoy with spring and summer flowers, fall foliage, and winter skiing minutes (4 miles) away. Plenty of parking (some guests have parked their trailered boats). A very comfortable space easily accessible and surrounded by woods and nature. Free new fiber-optic cable modem Broadband WiFi. Wood burning fireplace in the living room. Outdoor stainless steel five burner gas grill, in season, on the ample deck (deck replaced 4/2021) and a large fire pit steps away between the new deck and pond. Seasoned fire wood provided on site for fire pit burning.

A short and scenic ten minute drive to the restaurants, shopping, beaches and attractions of downtown Canandaigua, as well as CMAC (Constellation Brands Marvin Sands Performing Arts Center) which is located on the campus of Finger Lakes Community College. A short drive (four minutes) to the Bristol Mountain Ski Slope. Just a few minutes beyond the skiing is the scenic town of Naples , NY with its fall festivals and other attractions. There are many wineries and wine trails in the area. Hiking and state parks in every direction. The city of Rochester is a very easy 30 or 40 minute drive away. Rural log cabin minimart gas station a mile down the hill on the same road across form a park with playground, pavilion, and bathrooms. The tiny but well provisioned Bristol Public Library is also across the street from that park just down the hill.
