Two bedroom house recently renovated. Beautiful seaside cottage in rural N.S. French patio doors leading to 12' x 12' deck. Fire pit. Clamming / fishing / beach combing (fossils, etc)!! Breath taking view of the Minas Basin. Sit on the deck and watch the eagles glide by. Golf course located 4 km away. Pub / convenience store (NSLC)/ gas (24/7) 5 km away. Very central location, approximately 1 hour to Halifax / Truro or Wolfville. 35 minutes from Windsor. Highest tides in the world.

The space
Very cozy, something for everyone, TV, games, music, internet and of course walking the beach!!

I grew up from the age of 8 in Pembroke, Nova Scotia. For the last several years we have lived in Ontario, however, Pembroke is home. The cottage was previously owned by Mr. Alton Wilcox who was 84 years old when our family moved to Pembroke in 1968, he was a great old gentleman, that is why we have called it "The Alton". We now reside in Nova Scotia for most of the year.
